About Hearts&Homes
Our Mission
Our mission is to raise awareness and address homelessness and the stigma surrounding it within the Peel and Halton region. We aim to educate and engage the community through hands-on volunteer experiences, events, and advocacy efforts that drive collaborative change and promote systemic improvements. Guided by compassion and collaboration, we strive to create a community where everyone has the opportunity to find stability and a place to call home.
